“mechanical tumor” is a vivid interactive installation featuring an internal tumor that pulses and swells relative to the computational load placed on the system. Visitors interact with a setup PC just as they would in their daily lives—opening browsers and launching applications. As they do, the squirming tumor expands in proportion to real-time CPU usage. “medhanical tumor”はコンピューターの使用により生じる負荷の大きさにより、ハードウェアは内部に設置された腫瘍が拍動して膨張する生々しいインタラクティブインスタレーションです。 鑑賞者は普段コンピューター使用するときと同じように、設置されたPCでブラウザや、アプリケーションを立ち上げます。するとコンピューターが使用中のCPUの使用率に応じて、蠢いていた腫瘍が膨張します。コンピューターのストレスに触れてみて下さい。
